SHIPPING

Orders are processed and delivered to the shipping company within 24-96 hours from payment confirmation, depending on the season.

For shipments outside Italian or European borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

For shipments to non-EU countries, any import customs duties will be borne by the recipient.

REFUND

The refund will be issued within 30 business days from the receipt of the return, and the amount, net of any shipping costs, will be credited back using the same payment method.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order reception date, in compliance with European regulations on the right of withdrawal.

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received
• The original tags must still be attached
• Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer's responsibility
